Diane Holm is the owner of Home Staging And Design. Her degree in Interior Design and over 20 years of practice in the design field have given her the experience and knowledge that is necessary to create beautifully staged properties. She holds the certification of Accredited Staging Professional(ASP), and is the past President of the Ft Lauderdale chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals.(IAHSP)

Lived-In Consultations
The homeowner or realtor will ask for a consultation of a property that is currently lived in. HSAD will come out and do a visual inspection of the property. We will provide a written description of what needs to be done to make the property show in the very best possible light. This is done by rearranging furniture, cleaning and de cluttering.

Vacant Homes
When we stage a vacant property we will bring in furniture, floral arrangements, floor plants, linens, art and all accessories. Staging of the property entails showing the best use of space by placing furniture correctly so the house looks spacious and uncluttered.

HSAD will come out to clients homes and visually inspect the property… We will give you a written proposal stating what your staging investment would entail.
