The homeowner or realtor will ask for a consultation of a property that is currently lived in. HSAD will come out and do a visual inspection of the property. We will provide a written estimate of what needs to be done to make the property show in the very best possible light. This is done by rearranging furniture, cleaning and de cluttering.
